Sign Up for WLA News & Alerts Email: WLA Meetings: The WLA Steering Committee meets every second Tuesday of the month, 8:30-10:30 a.m. Depending on the time of year, WLA meetings are held at CT Farm Bureau Association in Windsor or at the Legislative Office Building in Hartford. Individuals and organizations who endorse WLA are encouraged to come to coalition meetings throughout the year. WLA coalition meeting agendas typically include a review of ongoing legislative efforts and strategy, a summary of progress by the state Farmland Preservation Program, and a discussion of coalition supporter news and issues. The Listening Session held in the fall is a special meeting for coalition supporters to share new issues and policy ideas. The Annual Meeting is a luncheon featuring CT-Grown products, with a keynote speaker and legislator awards.
